Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the company’s customer base.

 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor training solutions to meet their specific requirements.

 

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

 

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and execute business development plans that align with company goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

 

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with the training team to ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Work Experience
