Key Responsibilities
Applicant Guidance:
- Provide comprehensive information about the Training Program to prospective students.
- Assist applicants with the completion of application forms and the gathering of required documents.
- Conduct informational sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, to answer questions and address concerns.
Evaluation and Selection:
- Review applications to assess qualifications and suitability for the program.
- Conduct interviews with applicants to evaluate their potential and fit for the program.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to make final admission decisions.
Communication and Outreach:
- Maintain regular communication with applicants through email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract potential students.
- Participate in marketing and recruitment events, such as college fairs and open houses.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant information.
- Prepare reports on admissions statistics and trends.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
Program Promotion:
- Highlight the unique features and benefits of the Training Program in the Detailing League.
- Develop promotional materials and presentations to support recruitment efforts.
- Use social media and other digital platforms to reach a broader audience.
